The UPCEA Hallmarks of Excellence are intended to be both aspirational and a practical toolkit to assist those in online and professional continuing education to think systematically and concretely about the nature of credentials at their institution as well as the strategy and logistical components of supporting learners throughout their lifetimes.
These quality frameworks have been endorsed and used by countless organizations and institutions as they evaluate, enhance, and sometimes even build online and professional continuing education enterprises.
Hallmarks of Excellence in Online Leadership
This exclusive member content includes standards, aspirations and principles essential to successful online education. The Hallmarks identify seven facets of leadership and organizational development: internal advocacy, entrepreneurial initiative, faculty support, student support, digital technology, external advocacy, and professionalism.
