Membership Application

The form below should only be filled out by individuals who wish to sign up and be invoiced for an UPCEA membership for their institution/organization. Current membership dues schedule. UPCEA does not have individual memberships.

Once submitted, a membership representative will review your application and reach out with membership dues pricing information and answer any additional questions you may have and send an invoice to process the application. Membership dues are based on your institution’s Carnegie Classification and overall total enrollment.

UPCEA membership is institutional, meaning it covers any full-time professional employee (staff or faculty) that works at your institution, organization or company. Each individual covered under the membership has their own individual membership login and account, so they can utilize membership benefits as needed.  

Institutional membership dues are paid annually and the membership runs from July 1 to June 30.

Once the membership dues have been paid in full, the membership will be active.  A refund for membership dues will not be granted after the dues have been paid.

If your institution or corporation is a member, create a profile and add yourself to your organization’s roster at no additional cost.

Roster positions for institutional members are not available to consultants or part-time temporary employees. Corporate users who have employment at both an institution and a corporation cannot utilize their institutional account for corporate gain and membership.
