Each of the five regions host their individual awards programs, recognizing outstanding achievement to those institutions and individuals in their own region.

Criteria

0 (elements lacking) to 5 (elements are present and appropriate)

Impact Potential
Nominee presents significant capacity to positively impact our field:
0 (impact capacity not demonstrated) to 5 (impact capacity significant)
Overall
Overall level of nomination quality:
0 (not well considered) to 5 (I wish all nominations were this thoughtful and comprehensive)
