Feasibility Analysis

A feasibility analysis is a robust deliverable that synthesizes secondary and primary research. Primary research elements could include but are not limited to surveys of inquirers, current students, alumni, or potential students, interviews with relevant opinion leaders (i.e., employers, etc.), estimated market sizes, and enrollment process review, among others. This type of report is ideal for a client who is strongly considering a potential program, is curious about the success or failures of an existing program or wishes to have a more exhaustive understanding of a particular market. Additional costs can occur if UPCEA is required to use an outside research panel (i.e., Dynata), to conduct primary research.
