Online Leadership Roundtable - 2015

The Online Leadership Roundtable is the body for senior leaders responsible for leveraging the strategic potential of online learning to transform our institutions and our society. The Roundtable meets annually to discuss issues related to leadership, strategy, management, and public policy.
Following the 2014 inaugural meeting of the Roundtable in Washington, D.C., the 2015 Roundtable was held in Boston, Massachusetts on June 17-18, 2015. The 2015 Online Leadership Roundtable was co-sponsored by five Boston institutions: Berklee College of Music, Boston College, Boston University, Harvard University, and Northeastern University.

The 100th Conference theme celebrated dimensions of UPCEA in its name: Access, Innovation, Engagement: A Century of Reinventing Higher Education. While the conference built upon the same standard of excellence of all preceding conferences, it also celebrated all that had been accomplished by the profession and its association over the past 100 years.

2015 Summit for Online Leadership and Strategy
January 20 - 22, 2015
San Antonio, TX
A joint presentation with the American Council on Education (ACE), the Summit featured cutting-edge general sessions featured speakers like Under Secretary of Education Ted Mitchell, who shared President Obama's plan for higher education affordability with Summit attendees prior to the State of the Union address. The event will addressed such timely topics as core challenges for 21st century higher education such as strategic growth of online programs, virtual leadership, online marketing, and special topics such as competency-based learning, predictive analytics, and other innovations. The Summit convened key campus leaders - presidents, provosts, deans, and practitioners directly engaged in the management and delivery of online programs - to help define and develop their institutional strategy for online learning.

International Briefing
